1. Return Eligibility

We support returns and refunds within 30 days after customers receive O’NEILL goods. The returned products must meet the following requirements: unused, intact original tags, no man-made damage, no dirt, and complete original packaging. Customized products and clearance sale products are not supported for unconditional return.

2. Refund Process

  1. Submit return application via official website customer service within 30 days after receiving parcels
  2. Our team will review your application within 2 working days
  3. Send back goods according to the return address provided by us
  4. Full refund will be processed within 3-7 working days after we receive and inspect returned goods

3. Freight Description

If the return is caused by product quality problems or our wrong delivery, we will bear all return freight. For unconditional returns due to personal reasons, customers need to bear the return shipping cost independently.
